Service levels adapted to all kinds of families and all budgets
To best meet expectations which can vary from one family to the next, we offer 4 house cleaning/ironing service levels, as well as an environmentally-friendly house cleaning option:
In addition, an “English-speaking employee” option can be added to all these levels.
In all cases, it is you who decide on the service level you wish to have, during the free assessment visit and in consultation with the O2 Local Manager or Customer Manager, who will advise you on the most appropriate option.
In practice, what are the differences?
The Classic, Comfort and Prestige levels require increasing levels of expertise and autonomy in house cleaning and ironing techniques.
The Housekeeper or Majordomo level, however, corresponds to more extensive skills which go beyond maintaining the house and laundry, as they also include management and/or childcare aspects.
